
Cook 1 lb of Orzo to Al Dente , drain and add back to the pot , toss with the following ingredients
- Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped basil
- 1/2 C of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of salt
In a separate bowl add shrimp and toss with 1 Tbsp Olive oil and 1 Tbsp of Cajun seasoning


Next pan sear in a skillet and add in a little butter and some thyme
Remove the shrimp and in the same pan combine 2 chopped red bell peppers , 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of thyme.

Add in 1/2 cup white wine , 1 cup of milk , 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning and 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
Add the shrimp back to the sauce , toss it around and add it on top of your cooked orzo!

Feel free to tweak this recipe to however you want , you can add and omit ingredients to make it your own .
