
- Add 1/4 Cup chia seeds to a jar
- 1/2 Cup of almond or oat milk
- Add some maple syrup or honey and a dash of cinnamon for flavor
- Put the lid on and give the jar a shake
- Refrigerate overnight
- Add half of chia seed mixture to the bottom of a glass then layer on some sliced peaches , Greek yogurt, bananas , keep repeating the layers , top with some honey and bits of your choice and there you have a healthy delicious parfait!
